Please follow the steps to set up and run the 2026 Raffle.

• Using the menu item "Prizes", add or edit the list of prizes in the raffle to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Download the raffle orders from the Wix site. to do this in Wix:
  • Select Sales > Orders
  • Filter the Orders by date > custom > January 1 to present.
  • Select all orders
  • Export as csv
  • Include the following fields: Date created, Contact email, Item, Qty, Billing name and Billing phone. The fields must be in this order and the file must be saved as a .csv file.
  Complete the process by uploading the orders and selecting the winners.
  • Upload the orders csv file using the menu item, "Upload File." There is no need to do this sequence once the most recent orders file had been uploaded.
  • Finish the raffle winners by selecting "View Winners." The winners will be displayed on the screen and for your record, downloaded to the default folder (directory) that your browser uses.
